Picture the typical Burlington client. A six-person bookkeeping firm on the second floor above a shop on Brant Street. A structural engineering group in a two-storey building on Harvester Road. A wealth advisor with a reception desk and a single boardroom off Fairview, a short walk from Burlington GO. A law office in Aldershot that sees Hamilton clients as often as Burlington ones. None of them has a building engineer. All of them have clients walking through the front door.
A small office rarely needs a crew every night. For most practices in this city, one to three evening visits a week is the right number. We decide it with you by looking at three things:
Each visit covers the washrooms, the kitchen, waste and recycling, reception, the boardroom, the front door glass and the floors. On top of that we rotate one deeper task a week. One week it is baseboards and ledges, the next it is interior glass, then chair bases, then a fridge clear-out on a day your staff know about. Carpet extraction and floor scrubbing go on a yearly calendar so you see them coming.
From February to the end of April, an accounting office in Burlington changes. Client drop-offs pile up at reception, the washroom gets twice the traffic, and staff are still at their desks at nine or ten at night. We plan for that season separately, so the rest of the year stays on the normal schedule.
The office parks along Harvester Road, the North Service Road and Mainway hold a lot of engineering, surveying and consulting firms. Their staff come back from sites in Hamilton, Milton and across Halton with mud on their boots. That changes where the hours go.
Law firms, insurance brokers and financial advisors have the same worry: what happens to client information after six o'clock. Here is how we handle it.
If your suite is larger or runs five nights a week, see general office cleaning. Practices with treatment rooms, such as physiotherapy or dental offices on Plains Road or in the Appleby Line plazas, fall under medical and dental cleaning. If you have just finished a fit-out, start with a post-construction cleanup before regular service begins.
A small office is priced as one flat monthly amount. It is based on visits per week, washroom count, kitchen use, glass and hard floor. The Burlington cleaning cost guide shows typical ranges. For a written scope and price for your space, book a walk-through. It takes about twenty minutes, and evening slots are available if you would rather not have it during client hours.
It can be, if only staff use the washroom and the kitchen sees light use. Once clients use the washroom, two visits is usually the minimum that keeps it presentable. We will tell you honestly at the walk-through.
Nothing. Papers stay exactly where they are and are never moved or stacked. We only dust surfaces that are already clear, and shred consoles are never opened or emptied.
Yes. From February to April you can add an extra evening or a mid-day pass through reception and the washroom. It is billed as a seasonal line and ends in May, so your regular monthly price does not change.
The entrance mats and the hard floor inside the door are done on every visit, with extra time scheduled from November to April for salt. Plotters, plan tables and sample rooms are handled to the limits you set at the walk-through.
